My paternal grandparents raised my father and his siblings in Prince Albert which is the tree line in Saskatchewan. The province is known for its rich resources and robust mining industry including uranium which is supplied to other countries. U308 is a form of uranium. It is serendipitous that my life partner of 10 years was born at Net Casting Lake (Sturgeon Lake First Nation), near Prince Albert.
